You can return orders within 14 days of receipt.
Cost
POMPEI does not take over costs for the return. Should you have to return an item because it was not delivered properly, we will check this in each individual case and refund the costs for the return.
From returns are excluded:
For clearly worn or washed articles there is no claim for a refund of the purchase price or an exchange. The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was made. If we do not receive a return, it must be proven that the goods were actually sent to us. If there is a proof that the goods were actually sent to us, then the transport risk is borne by Pompeiproject GbR.
